1. Our Services

HydroQuell provides water wellness services including hydrotherapy sessions, spa treatments, and guided wellness programs. All scheduled appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation and Scheduling

You may reschedule a service by contacting us at +14168259635 or via our Contact Form at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel without the required notice, the payment is non-refundable. This is due to limited availability of appointment slots and preparation costs.

2. Info Products

We offer digital guides, video tutorials, and online courses related to water wellness. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with an info product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our team. Refund requests should include your order number and a brief explanation of your concern. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of purchase within 5 to 7 business days.

After 14 days, all sales are final due to digital delivery and access rights.

3. Goods

Our online store features water bottles, wellness merchandise, and accessories. All items are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Refund and Exchange

Damaged or defective items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos of the issue. Upon approval, a prepaid label will be provided and replacement items sent at no extra charge. Refunds will be processed to the original method of purchase within 5 to 7 business days after we get the shipped-back item.

Personalized or clearance merchandise is not refundable due to customization or special pricing.

4. Payment and Processing

All charges are listed in local currency. We partner with third-party processors to handle transactions securely. Payment confirmation will be sent via email.
